Social Science - 8 Lithosphere

The part of the earth we live on is known as the lithosphere.  Mrid means soil and mantle means layer.  The Earth's upper crust is made up of solids such as clay and rocks, so it is also known as a solid or rock layer.  This mantle covers about 29 percent of the earth's surface.  The crust is about 64 to 100 km thick.  It does not have the same thickness everywhere.  Also, it does not have the same shape inside or out.  It is almost made up of substances like clay and rock.  On this part there are small and big mountains, highlands, plains etc.  Also, starting from the surface, the temperature rises as we go deeper.  The molten sap of the rocks in the earth's crust is called magya.

There are some gases inside the earth, which, when heated, try to get out by pushing upwards;  But the pressure of the rocks above is just as high.  Thus, forces like heat and pressure help to balance each other.  That is why the earth's crust does not break.  Where this equilibrium is not maintained, volcanoes erupt with crust eruptions.  “Mommy, how is this softness useful to us?  ‘What can we build our house on if there is no mulch?  How is it possible to cultivate for drinking water or food, minerals needed for industry or business without forests?  Come on, let's draw a picture of what might come in the mulch based on what we talked about the mulch today.  ”Activity You can draw and discuss such a picture with the help of your teacher.  Hydrosphere move, let me tell you about the hydrosphere.  The lower part of the earth's surface is surrounded by water, known as the aquifer.  The amount of water on the earth's surface is greater than the land area.  The aquifer occupies about 71 percent.  Oceans are the parts of a body of water that have vast reservoirs.  Which are known as the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and Arctic Oceans.  All the oceans are connected to each other.  Local waters adjacent to land are known as seas, bays, gulfs, or straits.  The oceans on Earth are very wide and deep.  In some places there are trenches as deep as 10 to 11 km.  The bottoms of the oceans are also shaped like the surface of the earth with high mountains, vast plains, highlands, valleys, etc.  Mom, how much water will there be in these seas?  It is salty.  Does it help us in any way?  Yes, oceans contain 97 percent of the world's water.  About a quarter of the remaining water is in the form of ice on both poles and in the Himalayas and other high mountains.  The rest of the water is stored in some lakes, some rivers, and some underground.  There is very little potable water.  This salt water is the gift of the aquifer.  Organisms need fresh water to survive.  The freshwater main
